We are excited to launch our Micro Wedding package that is available to all couples. 

Whether just the couple alone, close family members, or a smaller intimate gathering, we can create a beautiful way to celebrate your matrimony. For ease, we have created an existing package for up to 20 guests, or we can provide Planning + Design services to accommodate the needs for your day. Details below!

84 West Events: Providing Virtual Graduations for Students

During the pandemic, 84 West Events based in Davie, FL got creative early on to address the number of students who wouldn’t be able to be part of a traditional graduation ceremony at the end of the year. With over 40 years of event production and over 10 years of webcasting experience, 84 West was able to help participating schools plan, pre-produce, and pre-record Virtual Graduations to help salvage the experience so many were missing out on. This crafted offering helped so many schools in their area celebrate the Class of 2020 and bring a little joy to their students. The 84 West team also handled all of the coordination and distribution of the commencement to the virtual audience so parents, students, faculty, and their families were able to safely celebrate each graduate’s achievements.

The user-friendly process they created offers featured pre-recorded welcome remarks, pre-recorded national anthem, an interactive chat, the opportunity to remotely bring in keynote speakers, and other custom options for each school.

84 West Events, Planning, Design and Production is booking events like we have done for the last 40 years! We just completed a record sales month due to the innovation and fast “pivot” by our CEO Jeff Greene. We are providing Virtual Corporate, Social And School Events as well as continuing to work with our traditional clients during this global pandemic.

Over the last couple of months we have worked hard to meet the needs of our clients’ desire to celebrate life’s milestones such as graduations, mitzvahs, and weddings without compromising on social distancing. This great review is from a June 2020 client: “We hired 84 West to help us prepare our first ever “Virtual” Graduation Ceremony in our school’s 93 year history! I can say that Jeff and his team did a marvelous job and we are very happy. I think the best part was honestly the orderly system for uploading pictures, videos, and then the relief of having someone professionally organize everything. Due to Covid-19, we have changed some of our operating procedures for the safety of our clients. Our team is available to work with you remotely, on zoom or in person with social distancing to plan all events.  We will guide you in venue selection, vendor selection, event etiquette and coordinate all event services and activities.
