VILLA WOODBINE
Villa Woodbine is a Mediterranean mansion was build in the 1930s on “Millionaire’s Row”. It’s a perfect place to have a wedding with its open-air designs of central courtyards and large loggias with Spanish arches particularly adapted to the Miami climate with its warm tropical breezes. Cuban design influenced the interior design of the property. The Cuban tile in the dining room is a rare example of this craft. The beautifully polished tiles on the loggias bring memories of another era.
ANCIENT SPANISH MONASTERY
The Ancient Spanish Monastery is 12th-century Monastery Cloisters brought from Spain to the US by William Randolph Hearst in 1924. The creates sat in a Brooklyn Warehouse for 26 years and was purchased 1 year after Hearst’s death. Two entrepreneurs purchase them, brought them to Miami and put together “the biggest jigsaw puzzle in history” said by Times Magazine in 1953. There are five outdoor spaces for weddings: The Loggia, Prayer Well, Banyan Tree, Saviour Garden, and St. John Garden. The Gardens can accommodate up to 300 guests.
